With
a diverse group of equipment and highly skilled workers we have
the capability to manufacture anything from small-machined parts
to very large (20,000# +) welded assemblies. Prototype, small-lot
production and R & D work are a very large part of our daily
work schedule. Our current collection of equipment is divided
in to efficient work groups.
Our CNC shop
area has the following capabilities: A CNC lathe
with a capacity of 12" round x 18" long. Our smaller
mill has an envelope of 50” x 18” x 18”. Our
larger mill has an envelope of 50" x 26" x 24".
Both mills are new and have fully functioning 4th axis.
To fill out the machine shop we have turning
capacity on a lathe that is 15” round x 14’ long.
Our VTL has a capacity of 54" round x 24" tall. We
have a complete complement of support equipment in our machine
shop.
Our weld/fabrication
area has a wide range of welding and fabrication equipment.
Our skilled personnel make parts on a daily basis that are made
from stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminum. Lot sizes of
1 or 2 to over 500 pieces are part of what we do here at Pendarvis
Manufacturing. From thin .035 SS sheet metal to heavy structural
steel shapes and plates… We have had success doing it
all.
