Machine Shop Project Spotlight: Aerospace Spinning Jig Precision Tooling

Posted on Jan 23, 2024

This spinning jig was designed, machined, and assembled in-house for a repeat aerospace customer. The precision tool is used for holding tanks for maintenance, testing, and cleaning. The metal parts were machined on some of the following equipment.

The structural portions of the jig were welded in-house by our experienced welders (both Mig & TIg).
